I knew this family photo session would be wonderful as soon as I met Mom at our pre-session consultation. The pre-session is a time where I meet with families shortly after a session is scheduled to discuss our plans for their session and find out more about what they want most from our time together. She and her husband were was looking to capture some fun and casual photographs that captured their love for their daughters, as well as the girls' sweet and spirited personalities. We met on a chilly but not too cold December afternoon and explored Oregon Ridge Park in Hunt Valley, MD. Taking the girls to a new environment and giving them the freedom to explore and be themselves resulted in beautiful, authentic portraits that truly captured this family's love for each other.
